Ok, here we go!!!! In the age of 15, a neighbourson lend me his acoustic guitar for two weeks! He went on vacation with his schoolmates and I was sitting in a small room with a acoustic guitar and knew nothing about how to play or tune! I put the microphone of my cassette recorder in the soundhole of the guitar and here it was, the first e-guitar!!!! I jammed a couple of days and my friend came back from his vacation! He was really suprised, how a acoustic guitar can sound and a week later he bought his first real e-guitar, a cramer!! I was ever a fan of rockmusic and it was 1985! In this period, I discovered all the bands of the glorious eighties, added the bands of NewWaveOfBritishHeavyMetal!! My favourite bands at this time: DOKKEN, WHITESNAKE, WHITE LION, DEEP PURPLE (Deep Peurple in Rock was my first rock LP), JUDAS PRIEST, IRON MAIDEN, SAXON, TESLA, RATT, MALICE, SKID ROW, MOETLEY CRUE, VICIOUS RUMORS, QUEENSYRCHE, WINGER, DIO, DEF LEPPARD, TNT, EUROPE, STEELHEART, MALMSTEEN and so long!!!! I anounced 1986 a advertisement in the local newspaper, bought a Yamaha BB1000 Jazzbass and 1 week later I joined my first real band---Bit´s&Pieces I met in this band my still best friends! But: I was a owner of a walrus moustache, a big NOGO in this time!!! My band sqeezed me to shave it, otherwise they doesn´t want to go out with me, Ha Ha. Ok, in the parents bathroom of the drummer, my beard goes away! The first best decision of my life!!! In the next 3 years, we became to local heroes and we where the band with the best looking girlfriends!! During many gigs in and around munich, many many funy things happend and we had a good time! We record a demo with 7 song, but this band share the same destiny like other bands. WE NEVER HAD THE RIGHT SINGER!!!!! After my basslessons at the JazzMusicschool in munich and a couple of private problems with the girlfriends, WHAT ELSE!!!!!!!!!!, I decide to quit the band and I start playing bass in many other bands and projects in south germany! My next family was the band LIPS, with the former drummer of Bonfire on vocals! This band still exists, the singer joined forces with my older bandmates of Bit´s&Pieces and they are touring now as WAGNER, with german lyrics, great! But the sound was not heavy enough and I was unhappy! We played a gig with a band from rosenheim, and I met Barish the firts time! We hang around and got friends. After 6 month, Barish called me and asked me about my musical situation, he knows that I was unhappy with my current band! He offered me the spot as bassist of his band ACE, later ACEZ, it was 1993. Happily, one of the ex-singers of Bit´s&Pieces was the current singer of ACE, he left after 4 weeks and this band was dammed too, ACE never find the right singer! In this time I get in contact with some musicians of Lovetrick, a german metal band from munich! They were seeking for bass and second guitar player, me and a friend of mine helped out for a while. One day, the drummer of Lovetrick offered me a session with one of the Victory-guitarplayers. Herman "the german" Frank was in town and was looking for the right guys for his new band - MOON´DOC. The funy thing was: I was in contact with Herman Frank before and he told me his band is complete, cause the drummer of Lovetrick has organized a young talent on bass. One day before the auditions starts, I go out with my friends and met Herman at the bar of the club Twillight! I gave him a shaking hand and told him who I am! He answered "oh, how small is the world" I asked him further what he is doing in munich. He told me he wants to play some of his songs with the Lovetrick drummer and a talented bassplayer and he doesn´t need a sessionbassist anymore! After this words, I gave Herman a shaking hand again with the words:"oh, how small is the world, I am your talented bassplayer":-) I moved 1995 to hannover (hangover), and lived a real cool rockstar life. I quit my job in munich, record my first CD, the debut with MOON´DOC. I met a lot of nice people and hang around with the musicians of Victory, Fair Warning, Thunderhead, Sergant Fury, ELO, Mind Odysee (with the young Victor Smolski in their ranks), Scorpions and a bunch of local heroes! I should write every memory, but some of them are still alive :-) During the recordings for the third MOON´DOC CD, Chris, the singer, decided to leave the band, cause he wants to do his own band. It was 1999, a bad situation for MOON´DOC but FREEDOM CALL was born. After 3 month, Chris asked me to join his band, I said why not! I talked with Herman, he was still angry with Chris and he forced me to do an election! Result: I was in FREEDOM CALL till 2005! I record 6 CD´s with FC moved back to south germany and played numerous tours and festivals with Hammerfall, In Flames, Manigance, Saxon, Status Quo, Halford, Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray, Stratovarius, Rhapsody, Edguy, Primal Fear, Savatage, Virgin Steele, Angra, Destruction, DORO, Uriah Heep, Dimmu Borgir, RAGE, Vanden Plas and many many more. A big time for me, but it was the right thing to say good by. The second good decision in my life! I start with PowerWorld in 2005 and looked for the right people! A longer story will be part of the PowerWorld-page! www.powerworld.org In the end of 2006, I build an unplugged band called Banderas, in april 2007 a cover band called Friends-Live and a company called RatPack Entertainment who is organizing and managing all my bands. Simultaneous I wrote the songs for PowerWorld, record a demo and start in October 2006 the production without any support from a record company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I support with Banderas/Friends acts like Gildo Horn (a german star) and Bonnie Tyler. In nov 2007 I signed the worldwide record contract with metal heaven for PowerWorld! The PowerWorld-release was at 28.march 2008, in april in japan and US. At the end of 2009 I left my coverbands due to personal problems. I have my focus now at PowerWorld .
